Residencia Corazón has been a prominent art space in La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina, since 2002, showcasing works by artists and hosting multidisciplinary events with a special emphasis on emerging and high-quality productions. The residency operates in both traditional and alternative circuits, making it a central meeting point for both local and visiting artists and the public.

Since 2006, Residencia Corazón has run its International Artist Residency Program (A-I-R), designed to facilitate personalized, free, and independent artistic exchanges between local and international artists. This program aims to foster mutual enrichment and emotional and formal connections, enabling artists to engage in new artistic experiences. Residents are provided with a studio-apartment where they can work on their projects and exhibit them in Argentina. During their stay, artists have the opportunity to connect with peers, educational and cultural institutions, and the general public.

Residencia Corazón has received institutional support and has been declared of Cultural Interest by the Secretary of Culture of Argentina, the Cultural Institute of Buenos Aires Province, and the Municipality of La Plata, as well as of Academic Interest by the National University of La Plata.
